My Airtel Prepaid sim no. is 9748149291. On 27/10/13 at 07:24PM I had recharged Rs 18.00 Trans ID 1089083762 Validity: 3 days Benefit: 90 MB 2G data,but while surfing net all charges deducted from my main balance. Again on 11/11/13 at 11:00 to 11:30 AM(approx) all my balance had been deducted showing that I had surfed net, whereas in that day I even not used my mobile set, not even talked to any body.I had lodged a complain on 11/11/13 and 12/11/13, to your customer care, but they denied my words which prove that I am telling lie. I had a lot of faith to your service,but these incident all faith gone in a vein.
