Airtel – wrong information regarding the Plan

I have a postpaid connection CUG plan. This plan was earlier of 112 Rs and later on converted to 125 Rs without any consent. When the plan of 125 was started. I have enquired through the Airtel customer care and they told that this plan also includes 1GB internet data free and I ensured this two times from Airtel customer care executives and after their esurance I used this service. When the bill was generated it includes the internet charges also. Now I again called the customer care regarding my billing they told that this scheme did not include internet service. It means the customer care executives gave a wrong information about this plan and as a result they directly benefitting the company on the cost of giving wrong information. I already have a BSNL broadband connection with me than why I would like to use this facility if it is paid in this scheme. Is is the customer care who wrongly introduced the plan to me and I used. It is requested to you to please get my complaint lodged regarding this type of misguiding the customers by the company.

The matter should be resolved at its best.
