Airtel,Billing Issue

Hi, I would like to bring my case to your kind notice that we are having an issue with Bharti Airtel Limited. I am a customer of Bharti Airtel Limited since Sept 2002. Due to some financial crisis I had asked to disconnect my landline but in lieu of this they offered a new plan. Under this plan Bharti Airtel Limited will provide usage discount either worth Rs. 160/- pm or some of usage charges(Voice + Data) whichever is less. I entered into plan June-2010 and all billing was done based on the opted plan. Everything was going on as per new plan until March-2011.Unfortunately, they changed my tariff plan without intimation to me start giving discount only voice calls. Whenever I approach for the discounts they provide me as per their convenience but still approx. Rs. 1400/- due till April-2013 but they providing credit of Rs. 508/- only for last month as per attached communication. You are requested please take up this matter with Bharti Airtel Limited and arrange to credit my due amount.
