Airtel’s false promises to retain MNP customers

I had airtel connection which I had never defaulted the payment until last year I opted for mnp (mobile number portability), I got call from airtel customer care for retaining my number to port. They gave me offer to waive my 2 monthly blackberry rental of rs.600/- And monthly rental of rs.50/-. I agreed to that offer and cancelled my portability. But on very next bill no such deduction made as per their promises. I had called more than hundreds of time to inform about the above case, but non of them were bothered even to listen or entertain. Every time I get same reply ‘we don’t have updation of that in our system’ and the most irritating and easy way they transfer call to each other (colleague to colleague). To my ordeal I have to repeat my whole story again n again at same time. They simply know to waste their time and mine.

This is one of the tactics they apply to refrain customer’s patience level. Now they are claiming rs.1210/-. And had disconnected my number last year itself. My number was registered to banks, many email accounts and sites, institutions and personal contacts. All my services got disturbed because of this services provided by airtel. Now after a year they are issuing me legal notices and advocate Vishal Thakur for Airtel, threatening me for shelling out 50000/- If he proceeds my file in court. Help me out from this
