On 30/11/2013 I went to AJ-Deep Service for sending an document to Mumbai thru courier. I informed the representative that I have to send document urgently & should be delivered on 2/12/2013. The person told me to courier the document using Blu-dart services. He said it will deliver the document by Monday morning. I inquired about other courier service (DTDC), he said it will also deliver by 2/12/2013 but no time commitment, however if I use Blu-dart, it will deliver the document by morning of 2/12/2013. I inquired about the price difference & he said, DTDC normal service will cost Rs. 75/- but Blu-dart express service will cost Rs. 250/- (with assured timely delivery). I chose to send the document through Blu-dart by paying extra money. Now till 2/12/2013 evening, the document has not yet been delivered. When I checked on Blu-dart website, it says expected date of delivery 3rd December 2013. I called up the Representative of AJ-Service, who said that it is just mentioned on the website but he will follow up and confirm me the delivery status in sometime. After waiting for more then 2 hours, i am calling the representative of AJ-Service, however he is not taking my calls and never reverted to my courier status. I am highly disappointed with the false commitment made by the representative of AJ-Service.
Want the differential money back which I paid to AJ-Service for express service, as there was no express service offered to me.
