I had ordered Seagate hard disk on 05 Aug 13. the item was to be delivered by 09 Aug13 when I was placing the order on ebay. The order confirmation mail said the delivery date by 10 Aug 13. I did not get the product till 15 Aug and had to shift to a new address. I subsequently mailed my new address to ebay and associated vendor. But I have not received the item till date, despite numorous (approx. 20 calls) reminders at various time and dates. No satisfactory reply. They keep saying we will call you and inform you our plan of action, but they never call and I keep calling them again and again.

Economic: Initial cost-Rs 4484/- Telephone calls-Rs 300/- Internet usage-Rs 100/- Time wasted: On Average- 1 hr per day amounting to approx. 100hrs till date. Or 12.5 working days. This ammounts to Rs 49,000/- as per my monthly salary.

For economic loss: 53,864/- For harassment:53,864/ Total:1,07,768/-
