The builders accused of following things: 1. Sub standard work 2. Change of land use, layout plan and structures without the approval of the allotted 3. Delay in delivering possession 4. Not providing possession letter 5. Not providing proper water supply and illegal supply of water to under construction building 6. Facilities not provided as mentioned in the agreement.

1. Mental state of all the flat owners is disturbed. 2. The builder abuses everyone when a meeting is called.
