I have send my device(Datawind Ubislate 7c+ corner camera) first time on Company is service center in Amritsar in 22 july 2013.After 10 days I have received back my device,but there was another problems appeared. So I called their Customer support and was advised to resend my device to their KOLKATA Service Center.I give my device myself on 6th September 2013(ticket no-0827WB113) .But till today(17th october 13) they still refused to return my device.they are making excuses and not responding to my call.
I want a new device(Datawind ubislate 7C+) with full warranty. OR I want my full money back(Rs. 5500) .
