My self sandeep kumar from jammu (j&k).Sir I have been cheated by AKHIL BHARTIYA OPEN SHIKSHA SANSTHAN (DELHI). I saw there add in local newspaper of j& k in june 2014, that they are giving Primary teacher training( P.T.T) for 1 year and during training period you will get stippled of Rs 7500/- per month & after training an exam will be conducted and there after your salary will be 21000/- per month. Then I send my photostat documents to their address 405,Kundhan Bhawan,Commerical complex,Azadpur,Delhi-110033.After that they send me selection letter on 25 june 2014 saying that they have selected me for P.T.T training of 12 months & I will get stipend of Rs 7500/- per month. Father said that the total fee for course is Rs 10,000/- & I have to pay 1st installment of Rs 7500/- & after 3 months the remaining amt of Rs 2500/-. Then I send then bank draft of Rs 7500/- of j&k bank,N0-795279 dated 10/7/2014 in favour of AKHIL BHARTIYA OPEN SHIKSHA SANSTHAN (DELHI). Then they send me letter on 12/7/2014 along with fee receipt of 7500/- No: 618 & books.But thet said that the stipend will be paid only if I make 10 members for their different course which as not indicated earlier letter and in telephonic conversation,So they denied me to pay stipend. Further they had assured me thet it is permanent job,but I have re aliased that their couse are not recognized by UGC.I am sending you photos of their letters,Bank draft & Receipt. In this way I feel cheated,so plz suggest me what I should do now to get my money back. Plz help me.
