sir, i am user of electricity which is provided by the bses. 1Kw was the sanction load of my house but in the month of june 2014 bses increase my laod 3Kw without asking or telling me any thing & send me bill of 1200/- extra. I paid 2030/- on 22-06-2014 & by mistake i paid 2030/- same amount on 24-06-2014 from my credit card. it was my mistake i paid twice same amount in a same month. when next month bill has come they charged 1200/- from my extra paid amount & send me another bill of Rs.2480/- without my knowledge or without telling me any thing how they can deduct amount from my account

they are not telling for what reasons they increased my load from 1Kw to 3Kw. My bill details units are consumed during the period are these 1. december 76 units,2. january 78 units,3. febraury 82 units,4. march 76 units, 5. april 181 units, 6.may 361 units. on what reasons bses increased my load without asking or telling me.
