Sir, the matter is about inconvenience being faced by my mother due arrogant behavior of employees of your bank (Nangloi Branch). Whenever, my mother is going to deposit the water bill at Allahabad Bank, Nangloi branch, she is told that it is an additional responsibility which has been forced upon them and they are not getting anything in return. Also, they told that cash will not be accepted and payment to be made by cheque only. Now, when my mother requested to accept the cash as she didn’t had a cheque, she was told to come at 1 o’clock and when she went at 1 o’clock, she was told to come at 4 o’clock and again she was told to come next day. Also, the way staff of Bank, speak and deal with customers is not professional at all and it appears that they are taking out their frustration. My mother have been going to others banks but never faced a problem like this. I hope you will understand the problem and take necessary steps.
