I have been the customer of Vodafone for More than 9 years. But now I am facing a lot of trouble with the mobile connectivity in the nanakpura area of motibagh area of delhi. The connection is so poor that we cant speak to end a single call of 2 minutes successfully. But on the other hand the connection of air tel is better and some of my neighbors have been shifted to airtel I wrote my complaint about Vodafone in the month of April but even after a month has passed Vodafone has not sorted out this problem .Because of the poor connection my personal and social life is facing a lot of problem. I Request you to please help me. My prayer is no bill should be raised in my account as the service is so poor.Also because of this I am facing from a mental trauma and agony. My Prayer is 1) That the Vodafone company should be directed to provide better service. 2) That I should not be charged any amount of money till the better services has been restored 3)I demand an amount of 10 lakh rupees for the mental agony
