Dear team- please look in to this serious matter and revert me soon, recently i purchased an Laptop through an eCommerce website www.Amazon.com, before purchasing the gadget the company commuted to me that this gadget having 3 years of service warranty, but after receiving the gadget, when i did a cross check with the product vender (Dell) they told me that it having only 12 month service warranty. now, as a consumer, i request you to please look in to the matter and help me to get the resolution from Amazon.com

i want that the company (Amazon.com) will fulfill their commitment , as they has told to me before purchesing the gadget
