Amazon India Sold Faulty Mobile

I bought the phone on 4th Dec 2015 from Amazon India Limited and paid Rs. 15999.00. The phone started to de-colour from the sides and started to heat a lot. I called the the Lenovo care and tweeted there team for assistance. I submitted the phone on 05/01/2016 to there HCL touch Service center and since then I am waiting for my phone to be send back to me. I have sent 100 emails to them but they just give me extended dates and nothing else. I am fed up with this.

I have spend a lot of money since the phone is gone. I work with TCS and I have to be online all the time.I had to buy a new phone and it is painful to spend again. Also I had to visit the center and costed me a lot of money as well. I am fed up with all the bogus claims.I am waiting to get my phone since last two moths. Its pathetic.

I want my phone as soon as possible with the compensation of being neglected and the cost of my new phone as well. and I want to get this resolved as soon as possible.
