Amazon Shopping Delivery Unsatisfactory

I bought Philips Pronto HL 7715 700 watts and delivery was estimated by September 16, 2015. However, early morning September 14, 2015 got SMS that delivery will be made today. We revert back to mobile number 9619653447 – Mr. Rajesh Gothal. 1. Phone was switched off. 2. I put sms to him informing our unavailiablity from 1pm to 6 pm. However, SMS remained unanswered. 3. He visited my home at morning 9:30am… I think this is no usual timing. I was not at home. My wife and father was at home. The did not have cash. IT WOULD HAVE GREAT IF YOU COULD CALL ME IN ADVANCE. HE LIED SAYING HE WAS TRING TO CALL ME. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL. 4. HE DID NOT INFORM US ABOUT THE PRODUCT DEMO PROCEDURE. I am frequent buyer from Amazon. Previous shopping was HP Laptop. Its good experience. But have few suggestions. 1. KEEP ELECTRONIC PAYMENT SYSTEM FOR DEBIT / CREDIT CARDS. 2. TRAIN YOUR DELIVERY PERSONS TO GUIDE CUSTOMERS FOR ISSUES SUCH AS DEMO BY COMPANY. E.G. IN THIS CASE, I WANT DEMO FROM PHILIPS FOR MIXER GRINDER AND JUICER. 3. MOST IMPORTANT: ASK YOUR DELIVERY PERSON TO KEEP MOBILE PHONE ACTIVE. I AM NOT IN COMPLAINING MOOD.
