Amazon Sold Defective Mobile

I bought a phone from Amazon India and after the usage of two days, the phone died. Now the company is claiming they will replace it but now the brand trust is gone to zero. I have asked the company for refunds but they dont have anything mentioned of that sort in their webpage. And moreover, I am afraid the same defective will be handed back to me and which is not justified since I have paid a lot of money for the handset. please share the email id where I can share the email conversation between me and amazon India. and attaching the invoice for the mobile phone as well for your reference.
