I would like to pull your attention to this totally unsafe product named as P&G “Ambi Pur” in-car perfume manufactured by P&G. I bought a dispenser unit along with perfume bottle from a local chemist shop in my area on 11-07-2013. I installed this unit in my car air vents in the morning around 8 AM on 12-07-2013, I parked the car at 9 AM at my office. When I came back at 12:30 PM on 12-07-2013, I found that there is a liquid perfume leakage onto my car’s stereo system and damage has been done. This liquid perfume melted the plastic coating as if plastic would react to fire. I immediately wiped off the liquid and melted plastic layer to clean it but plastic coating had been damaged by then because of liquid. I am very upset about it since it damaged my barely 6 months old Honda City’s interiors. If this liquid can melt plastic like anything, then what would its fumes do human eyes and skin. Product should have been tested for this.
