I had booked an order 2264477 for Logitech HD Webcam C270 on 20th October 2014 at eshop12.com and I have just got an order details email. It has been 13 days and I can’t track the order and I didn’t get the shipment yet delivered. I have been trying to reach on both your phone numbers 08023325xxx and 9986879xxx without any response from your end for the past 3-4 days. Please do get back to me immediately for the status of this order. I had order this to be as a Diwali gift and if it would take eternity to reach my family, I better not have this ordered processed. Dear Eshop12 Admin, I am unable to track the shipment with the tracking number 69100042572 still. Please do contact with them and let me know for the status. If you cannot ship it by today, I advise you cancel the order and process the refund. It has been over 10 days now and I hope you understand my situation. I would ask my people at home in Chennai to buy a webcam from a nearby shop, which would be available immediately. I don’t want to wait any further to have a video call with my family, just because your shipping company does not ship for 10+ days of so. Please do make alternate arrangements to ship the product today and keep me posted, if you can’t do that please do cancel the shipment. I want a concrete reply from you today EOD. I can’t take this anymore. Please do understand that customer’s who were silent for a week or so, does not mean that they are not aware of what’s happening. Its just that we are educated and dignified enough to understand your situation, but everything has its limits. No point getting a product that you paid for after 20 days or so. I have better ways of getting things and also to follow up with this and waste my time and effort. Please respond at the earliest.
