I had purchased Ambrane Tablet A7Black about 2 months ago i was functional issue in Display of the Tablet, I mailed them the problem and got a call from Ambrane India person they confirmed the Issue, and also confirmed that my product do not have any Physical damage, They Arranged Pick up by FedEx and sent that one day after they mailed me that saying A-7 tablet touch & display broken and i need to Pay Rs.2500/- for Repairing and 300/- for courier My Complain is First They did not informed my about the courier charges has to be barred by me so I refuse to pay that , and product was under warranty hence I will not pay any repairing charges Then they called up and claimed that they had received Tablet with Brocken Screen, My argument is that when I clearly informed that that my product does not have any physical damage they should not have accepted tablet when courier person handed over and should have immediately sent me the picture…they did not did that and offended me repairing cost Kindly help me on this and guide me for future steps, Can I Launch complain ageist Ambrane India under Section 420 of Indian penal code as I feel that Ambrane India people are trying to cheat me please, I am ready to bare all legal expenses but want Ambrane India people to learn lesion

Either i should get my Product back with repaired condition, or Replacement, or My Money which i paid,
