I have a RO Purifier of the Company name Altawel. Mr Annurag visited my place and told me that he deals in water purifier business and do maintenance as well. I gave the AMC of my RO purifier to him in which i paid Rs 550 by cash and the Rs1940 by cheque in the name of UGB VERMA ENGINEERING WORKS with a cheque no 305822 which was cleared from my account on 14th Jan 2012 During the full one year he had to do the maintenance of the RO-water purifier. I had some problem with my water purifier he has not attended the compalint i have called him several times but he is not replying. The AMC was given to him in the month of 10th january 2012

Now i had paid for the full one year maintenance of the RO-water purifier and i am not getting the services. Since my RO is not working i had a stomach infection because of the water i am drinking.

I need my RO to be rectified and need my money back which i paid him for the AMC
