Hi I had an amount of Rs.9975 in my freecharge(subsidiary of snapdeal) wallet till 8th August 2016 morning. And all of a sudden on the same day I got two messages that my money has been transferred to some Narendra (I have attached the screenshot from app.) I have not done any of these transfers and the phone has always been safe with me. Also since the transactions are OTP(SMS to the phone which has been with me all time) protected, it would not have been possible for anyone to steal my money just like that unless it is a technical flaw at the end of freecharge. the fact that no OTP was sent to me can also be confirmed from my telecom operator. My phone number is – 95823XX723 Narendra’s phone(supposedly the transferee)- 8305594040(this has always been switched off) When I wrote to care@freecharge.in I did not get a co-operative response. Please look into this matter
