Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Sujit Karmakar, Lecturer of Bengal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research, BidhanNagar, Durgapur, Dist- Burdwan (West Bengal). I am a account holder of PNB, BCET Branch, durgapur, my a/c no is 4767000400000279. An amount of Rs. 24,076.02/- was wrongly debited through ATM from my account on 7/01/2010. No transaction was made by me through ATM on 5th, 6th & 7th of January, 2010. It is my salary a/c. I have complained about this to the branch manager and after complaining to customer care, they have given a complain no.23796843 on 8th of January. I have also submitted a written document of complain to the branch on 12th January. But still now I haven’t recieved any positive sign against my complain. I am repeatedly in contact with customer care and Bank Manager of BCET Branch, but they are not taking any sort of action and I am in a great trouble because my one month’s salary was hacked from my account. After complaining I had locked my ATM by customer care. As i have recieved a letter through Bank Manager dated 26.3.10. as manager advice I had went to local police /Cyber crime branch of Police to make an FIR but they are not taking any sort of FIR against my complain & they are telling that to make a case against the Bank Manager of PNB, BCET branch. So now tell me what will I do. So please do the needfull. I will be highly obilized if you grant my request.
