I booked flat in Amrapali Silicon City Sector 76 noida. I paid all my dues on 21st Jan 2014 and received NOC from builder.I should received flat in ready condition within 60 days ( as per agreement) but till today my flat is not fully ready , i send them written application with list of items pending in flat.

As per builder buyer agreement , builder will pay 10 rs per sqft for delay of handing over flat.Due to above clause builder are giving possession of flat without completing building. One lift is not installed.

I do not want any penalty which is mentioned in builder buyer agreement but at least i deserve a flat in ready condition. It is almost 5 month passed and still flat have so many issues. Seepage problem , Tiles are broken , slop in toilets are not right ( Many such complaints)
