Analytics Training Institute – Non fulfillment of comittment and no/delay in response

Non fulfillment of comittment and no/delay in response A plan Learning Plan – [ SAS, Excel, and Analytics Base], Course Fee is INR 27,500/- was shared with me for classes by Analytics Training Institute (ATI) which mentioned that the complete course will be of: SAS, Excel (analytical tools) and Advanced Analytics (analytical techniques). will be covered as follows at Delhi 14-Dec-13 SAS 15-Dec-13 SAS 21-Dec-13 SAS 22-Dec-13 SAS 28-Dec-13 AA 29-Dec-13 AA 4-Jan-13 AA 5-Jan-14 AA 11-Jan-14 Excel 12-Jan-14 Excel 18-Jan-14 Excel 19-Jan-14 Excel Considering the time available with me till January end, I had opted and payed for the course in analytics at Analytics Training Institute (ATI) through online payment a sum for Rs.27500 on 13th of December 2013 (transaction number 000524045332). ATI marketing team(Mr.Srejith)called me number of times, claming only few seats are left as course was to start on 14th December 2013 and assured me of completing the training as mentioned in the schedule. After making payment I got confirmation and I joined the class on 14th, 15th,21st and 22nd of December 2103 in which SAS was only covered. All of a sudden on 26th December 2013 there was a mail from Admin-ATI that class have been postponed to 8th Febuarary 2014 as trainer is not available till then due to some emergency with trainer. I missed the mail from ATI and reached the training venu on 28th December. I called the ATI admin at that time and asked That when they are charging high fees they should have called or at-least sent sms for the change in schedule.(before I paid they called me so many time, but after they got payment they forgot the duty)Even the admin told a lie that SMS was sent. I asked then if there is an emergency and trainer could not be arranged for the current week , please arrange a alternate trainer for the following week but don’t postpone it for Feburary as I wont be available for that time and my whole schedule/plan would be disturbed as I had already changed my travel plans according to the schedule provided by ATI and it is not possible for me to attend classes in Feburary. If they are not able to conduct classes as per the schedule then refund the fees paid by me. I had called them many time and sent many mail reminders for this, but my all call and mails remained unanswered. Then I asked my brother to visit the Banglore ATI center, where Kanchana (introducing her self as business head) assured of resolution with out any followup. Kanchana/ATI agreed to there disability of arranging of suitable faculty as per schedule and agreed to refund the fees. I had demanded the full refund of Rs.27500 as I had paid for full course, which they did not complete as committed. Then I also asked to return the fees for 8 classes, as they had provided 4 classes out of committed 12. Again I had had to follow up for the next step, at this time they again refused for refund. Again with my repeated

THIS Analytic Training Institute SHOULD BE HEAVILY FINED/PENALIZED so that they do not repeat this kind of behaviour in future with other candidates. When a student pays hard earned money the commitment should be honoured by Institute.MOREOVER they did not even answered repeated calls and mails. It was only after personal visit and regular follow-up. Compensation, for the time I invested in writing up mails and follow ups.
