I have clicked on the blanket link to buy a blanket and ordered the same while they delivered a bed sheet so I registered a complain according to their procedure and sent the item back after few days they are asking me to mail the scan copy of the receipt of post, I have done the same and now after 20 days they are again asking me to sent the delivery report to collect it from the post office, when I inquired about the delivery reciept to the post office they told me that incase of express parcel they could not provide the delivery report. I have also registered a complain against the post office service in their website and waiting for their responses
