To Concerned Officer This mail is to inform you that I Dr Anup Karmarkar matrimony ID BRH824427 got a call from executive of brahmin matrimony Mr Javed from mumbai office telling that you have received 13 interests out of which 6 profiles are doctor, but since you have not made payment you are unable to see those interests. If you make the payment of the Rs 2600/- you would be able to view those interests. So, believing that I have made payment of Rs 2600/- on 28/12/13 , & then logged on the site to view those interests on site but in fact not a single interest was received by me, which you can see at my profile. So I raised a written complaint on the site helpdesk ID regarding refund of my money, ticket ID of which is CBS8250329 & CBS8251834. But even after laps of sufficient time no any action has been taken from the cincerned authority. Even after repeated phone calls no satisfactory responce is received. THIS IS TOTALLY FRAUDULANT BEHAVIOUR FROM SITE OF TAKING AWAY MONY BY GIVING WRONG INFORMATION & CHEATING CONSUMERS. TO HAVE THE REFUND OF MY FULL AMOUNT RS 2600 WITH THE COST OF PHONE CALLS RS 150 I HAVE TO MADE UNNECESARRILY , & STRICT DECIPLINARY ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST EXECUTIVE MR JAVED ( MUMBAI OFFICE )& CONCERNED WEBSITE BRAHMIN MATRIMONY.
