My monitor is under warranty and after being replaced twice, it again stopped working. Now the AOC service centre executive is giving false statements about product being not compatible. They even told there must be voltage problem at one point, where there isn’t any

AOC people are wasting my time by providing a faulty product as replacement every time. They make false statements now about the product instead of providing proper replacement

I want my Unit price as a refund according to their policy / Or a new unit.
