This has reference to the delay in refund of fees paid towards EAMCET medical long term coaching. I admitted my daughter at Shri Gayatri Academy, Madhapur Residential hostel on 15th July 2013. I paid an amount of Rs.5000/- towards seat reservation on 25th June 2013 and Rs.12700/- towards caution deposit and material fee on 15th July at the time of admission. However, I have to withdraw my daughter on 17 th July from the hostel due to the poor facilities and also the underrated faculty. consequently, I have submitted a letter for refund of fee to the Principal furnishing the details of fee payment. He informed me that the refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 months after the closure of regular admissions. I waited patiently for more than 5 months and approached them in the month of December 2013. Since then I have called them repeatedly on phone and contacted them personally but citing one or other reason they are delaying the refund of the fees. I hope that you would take up this matter and for arrangement of early payment.

I wish that the institution to pay the entire refund of the fee paid by me.
