I am unable to activate any add-on channels even though i have sufficient balance in my account. I have called several times to consumer care:- Reference numbers are:- 1-9734309820 1-9734301685 1-9733527318 1-9733526631 1-9722497434 1-9721621815 But still no positive response from the Sun Direct.

I just want see my favourite channels
