Indiatimes Online Shopping – Not replacing/cancelling defective product as promised

placed the order for Crompton Greaves heater (http://shopping.indiatimes.com/electronics/room-heaters/crompton-greaves-heat-convector-cg-eh-1/42673/p_B1616131 ) on 14th Dec 2013. This guys delivered the product on 9th Jan almost after a month. On receiving the product i found it to be damaged. I’ve attached the image as well. Now When I’m chasing them for replacement they are not calling back on the same. After waiting for so long I asked them to cancel my order and refund the money after arranging the reverse pickup for their product. To this no-body is responding although their Return policy clearly states that. I’m left with nothing but to be with the product and they are not following up on this.

I want them to address my concerns asap and call me back., If they can’t take back the product, I don’t care, I want my money back.
