Hello! This pertains to my AOC LED TV Purchased on 31st March’ 2015 and attached is the copy of the bill for your reference. Its just hardly two months over 1 year and the screen display isn’t appearing at all. We could hear only the audio output, but video output wan’t showing up at all. A complain for the same is registered with AOC (brand) as well as with Reliance Digital (re seller). Earlier I was communicated that there is an issue with the LED panel, and since I have opted for an extended warranty, I do not have to pay anything. Further, I was told that since that specific part is not available with AOC brand, I will be getting a new unit as a replacement. Now, just last week I was told that I have not opted for the extended warranty and hence I have to pay Rs. 2,600/- for replacing some part. Post which also, it cannot be assured if the TV would be in working condition. I have been talking to Mr. Manjunath Chikkud and Mr. Venkatesan Janakiraman from AOC (who is telling me – products do fail and I ask – but why mine?). I was also talking to Ram Singh Yadav, Sachin Tripathi, Nikhil Birari and Vishal Bhosle from Reliance Digital for this complaint. Nobody is giving me any solution and stuck to just one statement that the warranty was for just one year which is over and is exceeded by 1 month. I am sure you would have read in news that there are organizations for whom customer’s perception about brand is at top priority and hence, they recall their faulty products. I trusted AOC and bought this TV and this is what I get in return. I have been going from pillar to post to get a resolution but now my patience is being tested. I am being forced to talk to consumer forum which I would not like to. As an alternate – either give me a new unit as a replacement FOC or refund my full amount without any further delay. Looking forward to your earliest revert which option are you confirming.
