I have booked my Activa from gurgaon to send Pune on 13 Dec 2012. They have provided 4 days time to reach the activa to pune. By doing again and again follow up till 5th Jan 2012 they have not delivered my honda activa. Again and again they are providing a new date to dilever activa to my pune location. When I asked them why they are delaying this then they said we cannot send a special truck for you. I have asked them if they cannot dilever on time then why they have booked my Scotter. 1st they give excuse on 17th of Dec that the climate is very foggy thats why truck is taking time to reach pune. Then after that they give excuse thatdriver nno is not reachnable and by max they will delover on 25th dec. Then when i called their pune no then they told me that activa is still in gurgaon and will be packed and moved on 26th dec and reach you on 31st Dec. When i again called them then they did not pick the phone. After that when i called agaian and again they told that truck is on the way and will reach late night. When i called on 1st jan then they told that it was not loaded in the truck and give me a new date of 4 jan. when i called on 4 jan then they told that it is on the way and reach by late night 11pm. When i called in the morning on 5 dec then they told me i need to check in godown and will let you know in 10 min. Then after that the gay who sits in pune office does not pick the phone. After that when i called their gurgaon office then that guy vinod told me we ca nnot dilever it today because it is still not dispatched and will take more time. These people are really big liers and i am suffering beacuse of these guys to reach my office on time. Please take some action against these gays as they are not even shamed about their lie and says openly that much lie is acceptable. When i told them that i will approach consumer court or forum then still they says okay. Please help me as i am very tensed due to all this unnecessary problem.

I want my activa should be returned back to my home as soon as possible. My money should be returned so that i can book to some other packers and movers to again send to pune. Also these people should get some lession so that in future some body like me not suffer.
