We on behalf of our client Mr.Nikhil Palekar,age 29, residence of Nashik, filed insurance claim for treatment of CANCER in the month of August2013.Subsequently we filed claim for chemo therpy in the month September 2013.We followed with pune office of APOLLO MUNICH various times. Mr.Dabra informed us that claim is settled. subsequently he said that wrongly he has given information. On contact with Pune TPA we learnt that they have not received papers which we submitted to Nashik office and we provided to pune TPA our scan soft copies in the month of October2013.Till date no claim is settled nor repudiated by APOLLO Munich. Since Mr Palekar need money for his cancer treatment it will be appreciated if you will take up this case to company.
