Sony Vaio Laptop – Over Heating display is not working

Hello, I want to file a complaint against the company -“eTechies.in”. I gave my Sony Vaio Laptop to them 2 months back for the below issues: 1.Autoshutdown 2.Over Heating 3.DVD/RW not working 4.Magic Card Slot not working 5.Checking of RHS USB port 6. Battery Check Initially they diagnosed my laptop and tested it for some days and updated me some Chip/IC was needed to be replaced and it would cost me somewhere around 5000/- I told them that I dont want to invest so much money in replacing the chip (as I wanted to sell this laoptop after all issues were fixed) else I asked to check if this could be resolved by other alternate solutions.They said they will check and update me.After few days when I did not get any update from them,I called them and asked for the laptop status and they told, now your laptop display is not working. I said it was working when I first gave you the laptop.Infact the service engineer who visited my home even he confirmed it as there was no issue to the laptop display. I have the service slip with me as display issue was not listed in the service log.Anyway they said will see some other options to fix this display problem.Days were passed on but I did not get any update from them regarding my laptop issues.I myself used to call them many times to check the laptop status but they did not bother to inform the client about it. They were literally very lazy in their attitude and approach.After seeing all this and knowing they would not able to fix and service my laptop, I finally decided to take back my laptop from them and also to take serious action against this company and its services.I was really very dissapointed. I thought they were the best in market when it comes to repairing and servicing the laptops but they literally betrayed me.They wasted a lot of time in giving me excuses as required parts are being procured but nothing happened.Niether the parts came nor laptop was fixed. Now my laptop is completely dead and of no use.I want a serious legal action against this company and its services and put up a fine on them. Request you to intervene in this matter and help me in getting this resolve at earliest. Your prompt action will be highly appreciated.

I want them to either completely fix all the issues which I reported in the service log.If they can’t then I want compensation for the loss they did to my laptop
