Hi, Pharmacy Address:+(91)-40-47476975 Shop No 6-1635/14, Khairatabad, Hyderabad – 500004, Near Ganesh Temple, MCH Circle V, Maruti Nagar I have visited Apollo pharmacy, Khairatabad Market, Hyderabad on 08.08.17 at around 8:47 am. Purchased Lactogen & Ceralac the Apollo executive demanded for Rs.497/- but when I asked for apollo discount he was very rude in answering and said I can’t provide Bill nor the discount will be given. He was very Unprofessional & irresponsible executive (Either He was not in uniform nor wearing his ID) & More over he doesn’t know how to talk & behaviour with the customers I was very disappointed by his behaviour and his reply. I personally visit Apollo for the professional attitude of the Brand. I was been treated so badly to the extent that I have made my mind to give a police complaint against the guy, but controlled.. that is the reason I been complaining on this site. Management should take immediate action to teach discipline and the was to treat their customers. In case of faulty system make the executives to make a manual bill instead not to argue with the customers I can take this point to consumer Forum. Expecting the Management to take necessary action against the executive and update me with the action… Regards, Prabhu
