I purchased an I pad Mini case from Apple I planet in bangalore on 16th of Feb-2014, The product had breaked on 12th of April 2014, I was advised by Apple staff to take up the issue with 99 Digitals for resolution, as the case is covered for warranty for one year,but 99 Digitals have now said they cannot replace my product since its a Customer induced defect. The plastic of the product is really of substandard quality which they are not agreeing to.

I want them either to replace it new case or pay me back my 2000 rupees
