I have bought an Apple IPAD 2 from Croma at Bangalore in 2012, which is 16GB memory and having facility of SIM & WI FI; last one month I was not able to work by SIM, it shows NO SIM, I was using airtel SIM, first I went Mapple store at Thane, they said it is SIM issue, I went Airtel shop at Kolkata and change the SIM by duplicate one; still problem is not resolved, I went Imagine shop at 12, Ho chi min sarani at Kolkata, they authorized service partner, They said as well as Apple toll free called personnel said that I shall have to pay INR 18000/- fro replace the same as Apple IPAD is not repairable in India.

I want SIM slot to be repaired which they simply deny at very minimum cost as the device is out of warranty.
