Crompton greaves – fan dealer delay for repair

We had given our crompton greaves pedestal fan for service on 20/2/2014. They checked our product and said a few parts have to be replaced and estimated charge with service would be Rs. 975.00. We were promised delivery in 2 weeks however despite lotsof requests to get our product back, we still have not received it. The contact person Mr. SOLOMON RAJKUMAR does not take any action despite several requests & complaints. Please help

Return of product at the earliest and total charge waive off. We also want to be assured that the original parts of the product have not been changed
