Apple Mac Air – Battery Problems

I had been using apple products for over 7 years now and I purchased an Apple Mac Air 11’inch in April last year from Vijay Sales (Address: UGF 114,115 ND Anchor Store, OC Square, Orange Country, GH-4,, Ahinsa Khand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014) Laptop Serial No: C02PDTCTGFWM After just two months of purchase I started having battery issues and it was discharging in less than 4hrs, however the claimed battery power is 9hrs. Since around June 2015 till Jan 2016 I had made multiple attempts to get a resolution for the ongoing battery problem that has further reduced to less than 3hrs now. I had already performed all the fixes that India and US support team provided me via phone and chat. The result showed “Battery requires service”. I was even advised by US support team to travel down to some country and get my product/battery replaced and that is a shame on how Indian support centers are dealing with customers. I had also visited two different service centers three times in India they both claimed that battery test has passed at their end and they cannot help with it. They further asked me to leave the laptop with them but with no guarantee that battery will be replaced. Stores visited : Izenica ( SECTOR – 18,GF 11&12, WAVE CENTRESTAGE MALL, NOIDA 201301, 91 120 4922222) and B2X (1ST FLOOR, PACIFIC MALL, ANAND VIHAR,GHAZIABAD 201010, 91 120 4571816). They did not even give me a job sheet and when I visited next time they denied that I ever visited their store. However, they had kept my laptop for 4-5hrs, re-installed the OS etc and claimed to have fixed it. But, as it was not submitted with them for over a day they did not give me any job card. Still had found no resolution for the same and completely frustrated being shuttled between various centers and supports groups. No one is ready to take responsibility of the claimed issue and results that my laptop is showing. (see attachment). As advised by the customer support team, I had performed these tests thrice and each time it gave battery error. I never expected this kind of product issue with Apple brand and negligence by the teams. My last hope is this complaint that I am sending and someone taking right action before I lose out on warranty.
