I took the Apps Daily Insurance with the phone. I gave the phone for repair as the screen was broken within the insurance period. The phone isn’t returned back till August 24th. I am not able to contact them through phone. They are not picking up the call. I don’t know where my phone is.

The touch screen of the phone was damaged. It would cost around 8000 to get repaired in Sony service center. I want the phone to get repaired as soon as possible or they have to pay for compensation to get it repaired in Sony Service center or replacement of the device.
