Respected sir, i booked a ticket from macherla to kphb colony(hyderabad)on 24th april. ticket was not confirmed but amount was debited from my sbh card and indian overseas bank card( total amount is 190*3= 570). its almost a month, i called many times to their tollfree number,representatives are saying it was initiated and amount will be credited to the account, but when? in the mail they mentioned that 7 to 10 working days. but what is happening? for suppose can we get into any APSRTC bus if we have 1 rupee less than the required money. but those people are keeping our money many days! during phone conversation with the representatives,i warned them that i will file a complaint against them in consumers court because of their bad service and that representative replied in a harsh manner and told ” file a case, its up to you and we dont bother”. they are this much ridiculous about consumers. please take necessary action against this. here i dont find the place to attach the mails. any way i will paste one of the mail send by them here. ” Dear asvbalakrishna, This is in regards to your Order with Reference Number 3000503298 on the Merchant Website apsrtconline.in.
