Sir, my child Sreya .R. Suku ,was admitted in KIMS Hospital , Anayara ,Trivandrum, on 16/Aug/2011.with the complaint of severe Pnuemonia, and also in paediatric I C U and got discharged on 21/ Aug/2011.She was under Dr. Prameela Joji. I have the insurence of ttk pvt ltd .I applied for the insurence to ttk.Her ttk insurence no.is KOC-OI-K0354-008-0000251-C.But from the insurence agent in the hospital says that we didn’t get the cashless option. We have to pay the amount after that we have to go for re-imbersment.That’s why I claimed for re-imbersement. After three month I enquired about the insurence amount,but from the hospital they says that it will take time. Then I directly called to the ttk insurence pvt.ltd. in Chennai.They given me Eranakulam’s no. I called their. They told me that they sanctioned the amount and send to KIMS Hospital. But till now I didn’t get the amount.From KIMS I get the reply that they are not recieved the amount till now . I don’t know whose negligence is this and what is true. Sir please take any action against it.I hope you will do the needful.Thanking you.
