This is to notify you that I had booked a bus ticket from nagpur to hyderabad on 22nd april 2014 through online booking in website-www.apsrtconline.in. But due to some reasons, the bus was cancelled due to which I had requested the them to refund back my money to my account. This is also to notify you that I was not even informed about the cancellation of the bus.

I want full refund of the amount Rs. 692/- that they charged.
