My water purifier was installed only 4 months back. It has not been working for the past 9 days. I have called the consumer care number at least 7 times over the past week. 2 technicians came on separate occasions, gave different reasons for the purifier not working and said they would come back and rectify it, but nothing has been done. There has been no closure from Aqua Guard in spite of repeated follow up.

I have an infant at home and our family has been without a regular supply of drinking water. There has been no closure from Aqua Guard in spite of repeated follow up. Kindly help.

Please take back the purifier and refund my original amount. I wish to switch to another brand with better after sales service and responsiveness.
