We bought Eureka Forbes Aquagaurd Purifier last year. After which it stopped working in very few days. We called customer care, they came and said they need to change the candles which will cost Rs 4000/ – We paid the same and got the candles changed. But after 10 days again water stopped getting purified. We complained to customer care. He came and said he has to clean the candle. We paid Rs 450 service charge. Again after two more days same problem occurred – for which the service person cleaned and did not charge anything because we have been paying so much money in short time of 15 days. Following this also the purifier stopped working, no one has attended to the issue.

Replace the Purifier with new purifier or rectify and guarantee us that same thing will not repeat at least for 6 months.
