AQUAGUARD – AMC Issues Unresolved – Help

Dear Sir,

This is for your kind information that I am from SBI Banking Group and a customer for all Products of your Company for the last about 25 years. But the matter is highly regretted that the service of my AQUAGUARD (Model ‘Gold Nova’) was due in the month of September’2017 under Service Contract Receipt No.10/25799282(Customer Code : 1006942681). Despite several reminders I was not attended by any of your Service Technician.

(Service Request Nos.2004991705 dt.06.10.17, 2005061807 dt.12.10.17, 2005190478 dt.23.10.17 through SMS from your office). At last one of your Technician named Mr.Salauddin Mondal(9734143484), as allotted by your office, visited my house on the last 23.10.2017, whose service performance was too much below standard and worst quality. This is not at all expected from a renowned concern like yours. Accordingly I lodge herewith a strong complain against such worst type of services rendered by your technician. Please note not to depute him at my home ever in future. If possible, please depute another technician having a good performance to cover up the above defective service.
