I bought an Aquaguard (Compact Model) from Eureka forbes in February 2013. When contacted by one of their South Delhi Servicing centers (caller was Shikha Mob: 9650204xxx), I asked for a Filter replacement in August 2014. She sent two technicians to my home. The technicians’ name are Pradip (Mob: 99112524xx & Rajesh (Mob: 9899753xxx). They offered me an AMC starting 28/08/2014 and charged me INR 1450/- for the same. However, they gave me a bill of company by the name of “Aqua Care Tech Services”. On 24/10/2014, I called up Pradip regarding the Water leakage problem from my water purifier. He said he will send someone the very next day. No one turned up. I called up Pradip repeatedly afterwards. He did not pick up the phone. I called Rajesh. The story was the same. He also said somebody will come for servicing. no one came and he too is not picking up the phone. I called Shikha after that. And it has been the same scenario. Till date (i.e. 24/11/2014 today), NO ONE HAS ATTENDED TO MY SERVICING REQUEST. This amounts to DENIAL OF SERVICE by this servicing center and its representatives i.e. Shikha, Pradip & Rajesh.
1) REFUND OF INR 1450/- that I paid towards the AMC. 2) Penalty Payment of INR 10000/- to me for not attending to my complaints, which caused a lot of inconvenience to me on daily basis due to recurrent cleaning i have to do. 3) Punitive measure of INR 1 LAC payable to me for their Unprofessional conduct and DENIAL OF SERVICE / NOT HONORING the AMC
