Dear service provider, My aquaguard , model sensa is not working since last 20 days. I have made a complain to local dealer. They are not taking any action.

I regret to say that even after investing of Rs 21,000 I am not getting pure water for which you are advertising. Please make necessary step to rectify the problem. I hope you can understand my plight and the desire to drink Pure water in an era of dirty water supplied by the Municipal and civic administrations.
