I am karthik vembuli, residing at no,57 vanchinathan street, ramakrishna nagar, sree sudarshana flat, valasaravakkam, chennai-600087. I am facing a problem with aquasure water prifier in my home. It is not producing water for the last 2 weeks. I have already made a complaint in your customer care and these are the complaint no’s which they gave. complaint no.1 – 75917987 on 16/04/14. complaint no.2 – 75962872 on 1904/14. It is very disappointing to us, because this is the new unit which we bought 5 months before only. Inspite complaining to your customer care for two times no service man has come yet.
