I purchased sony xperia M model no. C1904 (imei no. 35809605234 9947) on date 01 nov 2013 is started problem of charging in the month of feb,2014. and on 19feb,2014 i went to the nearest customer service centre. i.e service centre,district centre, Janakpuri-110058. and they told me by checking my phone that everything is fine in the phone.In the very next day I found the same problem and went back to the service center and then they replace the Charging cable on 20Feb,2014.about a week ago on i found the same problem again I went to the service center again and submitted my phone on 27February,2014 (ticket no.14022701953) and after a week i.e on 5march,2014 i received my phone in which the PCB is been replaced and the imei no has been changed to 358096052436405.

On that period the phone charging is ok but after a day the phone camera is not working and a get back to the same service centre on 10march,2014 (ticket no.14031000734)and again submitted my phone and i got my phone back on 13march,2014 with the PCB replacd and imei no 358096054555749 changed again and they told phone is ok. and now on the date 19april,2014 i hav seen my phone is charging but the charging is not increasing. and i went back to the service centre so that my phone has to be replaced but they rejected my plea just saying that motherboard changed means that your phone is getting replaced by the company and phone is submitted by saying phone didnt replaced but i will get the services till the warranty period. so here i m getting you noticed about this as my phone didnt even 6 months old and i m suffering for this problem and i want you to change my phone and assure me by subsidising my warranty period.
